“No two can ever be same”

I got a beautiful incidence to share. I am going for a program now a days. There I play with kids, teach them and have tons of fun with them…….. To be honest…….. these kids teach me something new every day I look to them. They answer me the gists I had in me for so many years. I always used to question to my self: “Why one gets every time, not other?”, “Why differences occur?”

I read many Management Gurus, many spiritual books, many books on philosphy, but none can quench my thirst. But these kids solved my years of puzzle in their two hours Art club time. Well the kids of second grade were asked to get in line. They were twenty in count. They were divided into two groups. The first group was asked to go to Art club and second one to Science Club.

The first group came. The staff taught them about the cubest period of  famous painter Picasso, She asked them couple of questions. She ensured that everyone get to understand about today’s work. She illustrated them all with the kind of painting they need to do. She asked them to play with primary colors this time. As the instructions were done. All kids were asked to work on their art. All were given same paints, same desk, same assistance. We both were unbiased. We were there to help everyone.

Still I notice something:

1) Some were getting help early…… Some were waiting for it

2) Some were getting the colors they wanted……. some were in line

3) Some were able to work with same tape……… Some were not………. In fact we also couldn’t help them with that

4) Some’s painting came out well, despite they didnt have good start

5) Some were sincere from beginning to end………… though their work got hampered in the last…….

6) All were given the same time………. still some can complete and some not………..

Now its time for the second group, they were given same instructions, same supplies. Nothing was different. What I  notice:

1)  The same stuffs which I noticed in previous group

2) And the one which none of us expected……….. A notice came to us and we were asked to cut time short due to some urgency…..

Many of them have to act fast…….. still have to leave their work in middle.

3) Some were bit depressed, some were indifferent………… but in the end all moved on……. back to normal to play

What do you have to say, What I learnt:

How hard you try, How sincere you may be , How much effort you may put, How much resources and help may be given. The uncertainty always accompany you. There is something which makes you wonder every time……….. Nothing is for sure…… We get hurt at times……….. but we have to move on too…………….

There is no point of shedding tears, and getting into blame game………… Its the rule……… Its the law………It will happen again and again….. once you want to play it  again……….. So buck up……. and run………. No two can ever be same……. How hard you try……

Accept the uncertainty……….. live with it……….  Like these Kids

We got hurt because we don’t accept it……………. These Awesome kids………….. took it as a part of game……… Enjoyed the rest of day in their pool time………….. heading for new uncertainty…….. for new fun yet to come……..

Yes….. the most important in midst of all these uncertainties, one is for sure,“Have fun, while you work “ , No one ever can drag it from you……………. I saw in those kids…….. they enjoyed their art club……… however situations turned to them……. their work got hurt….. they didnt get the labels and stars……… still they jumped and hoped….. because they had the fun time…….

Those labels which prize you are the trump cards of these Uncertainties…………  So chase which is certain………

I love those kids……..
